Staff Reporter: The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) will spray disinfectants through water cannons in city areas twice a day to contain the spread of coronavirus.
DMP Commissioner Md Shafiqul Islam initiated the efforts informed a statement released on Wednesday.
|According to the statement, eight water cannons will be used in this effort every police station area of Dhaka. The first session will be held from 10am-12pm and the second session will begin at 4pm -6pm.
It said that the spreading of disinfectant will be continued until further notice.
