Traffic division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) in their simultaneous drives on the city streets on Wednesday filed 4,567 cases against different modes of vehicles for traffic rule violation.
It also realized around Taka 34.33 lakh as fine for traffic rule violation, said an official press release.
Of the total cases, 444 cases were lodged for driving on wrong sides, 79 for using hydraulic horn, eight for using hotter and beckon light and 31 others for using tinted glass.
