Public Works Minister Engineer Moshrraf Hossain was present as Chief Guest at the Divisional conference of PWD Diploma Engineers Association, Chittagong District Committee arranged the Conference recently .
Engineer Mohammed Abdus Samad presided over the meeting. Additional Chief Engineer Mohammed Abdul Hai, Vice President Chittagong Chapter Jafor Ahmed Sadek,General Secretary Ali Akber , Vice President of Chittagong Chapter Mohammed Towfiqur Rahman also spoke on the occassion.
