Another stone quarry worker killed in landslide

UNB, Sylhet :A stone quarry worker was killed and two others were injured when part of a hillock collapsed on them while lifting stones from Shah Arpin in Companiganj upazila on Saturday.The deceased was identified as Anis, 36, son ofKamar Uddin, a resident of Ahmadbad village in Sadar upazila of Sunamganj district. Ruhul Amin, officer-in-charge (Investigation) of Companiganj Police Station, said part of the hillock collapsed on some workers while lifting stones from Shah Arpin stone quarry in the area...
