The Marcel Refrigerator 18th First Division Kabaddi League begins today at the Kabaddi Stadium. Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation has arranged the kabaddi competition under auspices of Marcel.
A total of 12 teams are taking part in the eight-day long kabaddi meet. They are: Faruque Smrity Sangsad, Arbachin Krira Chakra, Man City Club, Singna Sangha, Maniknagar Unnayan Somity, Sharnali Sangsad, Institute of Kabaddi, Moulvi Suruzzamal Smrity Sangsad, Sat Rawja Nabin Sangha, Star Sports, Matuail Milon Smrity Sangsad, Shishu Kishore Sangha.
State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md Shahriar Alam will inaugurate the kabaddi league as the chief guest while First Senior Additional Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn will be with him as the special guest.
Chairman of the League Committee Ratan Kumar Saha will preside over the inaugural ceremony. Member Secretary of the Committee Kaiyum Sikder will be present at the time.
