Listeners’ choice popular singer Dithi Anwar is coming with her new song this year. Topic of this song is based on Sharat Chandra’s three famous characters –
Devdas, Parvati and Chandramukhi. Dithi’s father Ekushey Award winner noted lyricist Gazi Mazharul
Anwar wrote lyrics of Dithi’s song.
Title of the song is Devdas tumi Parvati-ke bhalobashona, Chandramukhi’r kachhey eshona.
When she got the lyrics of the song from her father Dithi became excited. Ahmed Kislu has arranged its music. Recording of the song has already been done. After completing its recording Dithi went
to USA on July 4.
While contacting with her over Facebook Dithi Anwar told this correspondent, “It is anm exceptional romantic song. Father always writes well, it is not new. But I could not realize how I got the chance to render his written song. I am really grateful to him. Kislu
Bhai also composed its music well. I am very much optimistic about the song.”
Dithi also informed that after returning to Bangladesh on August 9 she will make its music video. As usual, she will perform as a model in her video.
It is mentioned that at the end of last year Dithi’s fourth solo album titled Porachokh was released.
In play-back, she first gave her voice in Gazi Mazharul Anwar’s movie Ulka. She later gave her
voice in other play-backs. She last gave voice for her father directed Jibon-er Golpo.
