Popular singer Dithi Anwar is coming with two new songs written by her father Ekushey Award winner noted lyricist Gazi Mazharul Anwar. Titled of these songs are: Madhur Canteen and Devdas. Apu has composed music of song Madhur Canteen. Basically it is a duet song rendered by Dithi and Apu. Ahmed Kisloo has composed the song Devdas. Dithi informed that within very short time music videos of these two songs will be made.
Dithi said, “Lyrics of these two songs are really nice. Father always writes well. There is nothing to say new about it. Its lyrics touched my heart. Both Kisloo Bhai and Apu composed songs nicely. Music videos of these songs are to be made soon. In fact, I am trying to do it hurriedly.”
Today is Dithi’s birthday. According to her, she will pass the day in busy mood. Today she will take part in Tarokalap on RTV at 10:40am. Later she will go to Uttara Club where she will perform in International Women’s Day’s a special programme. At night, she will pass time with her family.
Meanwhile, for last one year Dithi has been hosting a music related TV show titled Palki on Channel i. Therefore, she is also hosting Ichchhey Gaan-er Dupur on Maasranga TV and Ei Raat Tomar Aamar on RTV now.
Dithi also informed that she will perform in a show on March 11 night at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre. On March 12, she will also perform in a stage show in Gulshan.
