The Rangpur district administration has distributed winter clothes among the hijra community in Rangpur on Sunday night. This evening, the winter clothes were distributed among about one hundred transgender people in the city’s Government Girls’ High School ground in collaboration with the district social service office organized by the district administration Rangpur.
