Dipok Kumar Dhali, Secretary of North West Power Generation Company Limited (NWPGCL) of Bangladesh and Richard Clayton Reisig, President of Siemens (gas and power), signing a deal to build joint venture 3600MW LNG based power plant at Dhankhali in Payra of Patuakhali district at a hotel in the city on Friday. Senior officials from both sides were also present.
