Dilara Zaman’s three new films

Ekushey Award and National Film Award winner veteran actress Dilara Zaman is working in three movies now. She has already finished shooting of Jewel Mahmud-directed movie Chironjeeb Mujib. She took part in its shooting in Manikganj. Dilara Zaman played the role of mother of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in the film.
On the other hand, now shooting of Mirza Sakhawat Hossain’s movie Orjon 71 is being held.
Dilara Zaman informed that from February 4 she will take part in shooting of a short film titled Aamar Babar Naam in Noakhali which story revolves the time period of Home Coming Day of Bangabandu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
To be directed by Fazle Azim Jewel, story, script and dialogue of the film are written by Harun-ur-Rashid. Dilara Zaman will act in role of Aleya Begum in the short film.
While talking about acting in these three films Dilara Zaman said, “In Chironjeeb Mujib, I acted in role of Bangabandhu’s mother. In shivering cold, I had to take part in its shooting. I tried my level best to portray the character because it will be become history. In Orjon 71, my role was also significant. I enjoyed a lot working in this film. From February 4, I will take part in shooting of short film Aamar Babar Naam in Noakhali. Basically before days of Bangabandhu’s Home Coming Day is main theme of this short film. I believe this film will also become a good one.”
