Digital Bangladesh Day observed in dists

The 3rd Digital Bangladesh Day was observed on Thursday through holding various programmes aiming to educate the people on ICT-Based service to build a technologically advanced country.
The theme of th day this years is Sattyo-Mittha Jachee Agey, Internet Share Porey.
Kishoreganj District Administration arranged a colourful rally, discussion, documentary film and cultural faction, prize distributing among the students marking the day.
Rejowan Ahamed Tofique MP attended as chief guest and Police Super Mashrukur Rahman Khaled BPM (Bar) were attended as chief and special guest while Deputy Commissioner (DC) Sarowar Morshed Chowdhury chaired the meeting.
It was addressed among others by ADC (Edu. , ICT) Habibur Rahman, District Awami League Secretary Advocate M A Afzol, Deputy Director of Social Service Md. Kamruzzman Khan, Women Leader Bilkis Begum, CAB District Secretary Monowar Hossain Rony, Hindu Kallan Trusti Lipu Roy, Enayet Karim Omi and P.P Advocate Shah Azizul Hoque.
Earlier, a colourfull procession brought out in the town marking the day.
The chief guest said, Bangladesh like other countries has been successfully building and modernizing is digital infrastructures-government information systems, registers, electronic services for citizens, e-GP, business and for international co-operation.

Khulna District Administration and ICT Division have chalked out day-long elaborate programmes marking the day.
Along with brought out colourful processions, as part of the central programmes, discussions, seminars, distributed prize among students, online presentation on Digital Bangladesh, essay, painting and quiz competitions held at Sheikh Russel International Tennis Complex adjoining circuit house in the city.
Divisional Commissioner Dr. Muhammad Anwar Hossain Hawlader addressed the meeting as chief guest while deputy commissioner (DC) Md. Helal Hossain in the chair.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education and ICT) Md. Golam Mainuddin Hasan delivered the welcome while additional police commissioner Sardar Raqibul Islam, police super S M Shafiullah, deputy-director (Health) Dr. Sayeed Jahangir Hossain, spoke, among others.
