Ahsanullah killing Stay order on acquittal of 11 accused extended

Staff Reporter :The Appellate Division has extended the stay order on a High Court verdict that acquitted 11 persons accused of murdering Awami League leader Ahsanullah Master. A four-member bench headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha fixed the date to pass the order on Thursday. Attorney General Mahbubey Alam represented the State, while senior lawyer Khandaker Mahbub Hossain stood for the convicted.
