Dhaka Mahanagar Samity (Dhaka Samity) distributed blankets among the poor and destitute people in the Samity premises in the city on Tuesday.
Dhaka Samity distributed the blankets with the help of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. and Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).
Alhaj Mohiuddin Ahmed Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. and Chairman of Shahjalal Islami Bank Securities Ltd. distributed Blankets among winter hit and destitute People as the chief guest.
Hazi Mohammad Selim, Member of Parliament and President of the Samity presided over the blanket distribution ceremony.
Business leaders and members of the Samity were also present on the occasion.
