Dhaka Bank Limited has signed two MoU’s with PRAN-RFL Group for Payroll Banking Services of Rangpur Metal Industries Limited and Cash Management Services of the group at PRAN RFL Group Head Office in the city recently. Under the deal, the bank will provide Payroll Banking Services to the employees of Rangpur Metal Industries Limited situated at Murapara, Narayanganj and for facilitating this services, an ATM will be established at the factory premise. On behalf of Dhaka Bank, cash management agreement was signed by Md. Ziaur Rahman, SEVP and Head of Corporate Banking and Payroll MoU was signed by Md. Shafquat Hossain, SEVP and Head of Retail Banking while Uzma Chowdhury, Director, signed both the documents on behalf of PRAN-RFL Group.
Moreover, under the Cash Management MoU, the Bank will provide Cash Management Solution, known as ‘Dhaka Bank C-Solution’, to PRAN RFL Group. Dhaka Bank C-Solution is an automated solution to meet the daily bulk payment needs of the corporate clients such as salary payments, fees, commissions, suppliers’ bills and vendor payments.
