Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kishoreganj Sarowar Morshed Chowdhury inaugurates the hand washing programme at the District Collectorate Building on Thursday marking the Global World Handwashing Day. Police Super (SP) Mashrukur Rahman Khaled and Civil Surgeon (CS) Dr.Mujibur Rahman were attended the programme among others.
