Number of admitted dengue infected patients has increased at Barishal Sher- E -Bangla Medical College Hospital(SBMCH).
According to Dr. Bakir Hossain, Director , SBMCH, said, in last 24 hours on August 24 Saturday noon, 52 dengue infected patients admitted at the hospital increasing the number of under treatment patients to 183 including 91 male, 52 female and 40 children.
On Saturday, 14 dengue patients including 9 male, 3 female and 2 children released from the hospital.
On Friday number of under treatment dengue patients at the hospital was 145 patients and released 75
According to the director of the hospital 1539 dengue infected patients admitted and 1356 released after treatment and 6 died from July 16 at SBMCH.
