Syed Ashraful Islam, Minister for Public Administration and General Secretary of the ruling Awami League expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Mamtaj Uddin Ahmed, father of deputy secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Md Mizanur Rahman.
