Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader on Sunday expressed profound shock at the death of eminent elocutionist, cultural personality and freedom fighter Qazi Arif. Qazi Arif passed away on Saturday night at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s hospital in
New York. He was 65.
In a message of condolence, Quader, also Awami League General Secretary prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
