Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) has selected 33 boys through a competition in Dhaka for the training camp ahead of the SAFF Under-16 tournament in August.
The selected U-16 boys will join the resident camp at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishthan (BKSP) in Savar, starting just about two weeks before leaving for Nepal on August 16.
This new age group team will stay together for a few years and will hopefully set into a well-formed football unit.
The grooming of the age group players is part of BFF’s development plan to ensure the flow of talented players’ availability in the pipeline for the national side.
