Today is the 1st death anniversary of Rajia Khatun, mother of Jubo Mahila League (Dhaka South) President Mahamuda Begum Jharna.
On the occasion, a milad mahfil will be held today at her own residence in 768, East Jurain in the city after Maghrib prayers.
Rajia’s son the Associate Editor of Weekly Arthakantha, Shaker Ahmed Biplob has requested all relatives, friends and well-wishers to attend the programme to pray for the salvation of her departed soul.
