Today is the 10th death anniversary of Quazi Azher Ali, a distinguished educationist, former Secretary, Govt. of Bangladesh, Founder President & First Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh University, organizer of innumerable educational institutions and social worker.
O this occasion, a visit to the grave of Quazi Azher Ali will be paid today in the morning at 9.00 am and then a Milad Mahful and Doa will be held at Bangladesh University (15/1 Iqbal Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.) at 11.00 am.
Apart from social work, he was also a writer of many books. Of them, Rural Development in Bangladesh, District Administration in Bangladesh, Decentralized Administration in Bangladesh, State Trading and its Impact on Economy and Tinkal.
