Today is the 16th death anniversary of noted cultural personality and columnist Khondkar Anwarul Haque alias Meghdut. He was born in Rangamati on January 4 in 1901 and died of old-age complications at Dhaka Medical College an Hospital on March 10 in 2000.
To mark his death anniversary Meghdut Smrity Parishad will pay rich tributes to the deceased and recall his contributions. The parishad has also requested all the relatives, friends, students and admirers to pray for the salvation of the departed soul.
