The 25th death anniversary of Kabi and Hakim Moulana Ismail Helali will be observed in his native village of Satkania in Chittagong today(Monday)
He was an eminent poet of multi-language literatures. On this occasion , Chittagong Unani Medical college, Satkania Al Helal Degree College, Al Helal Mahila Madrasha, Talgaon Al Helal Primary School will arranged discussion meeting and milad mahfil separately .
Besides, on behalf of his family members, Khatme Quran and doa mahfil will be held at Talgaon Khoda Jame Mosque . Mentionable that Moulana Ismail Helali was a successful Unani physician and teacher , religious researcher, kari , writer and poet in Urdu, Farsi and Arabic languages beside a social worker and anti-British writer. He was born in Talgaon village under Satkania upazila in 1917 and expired on October 27,1988 , a family sources said.
