The 27th death anniversary of Dr. Kali Krishna Majumder, a drama artist of the then undivided Bengal’s Tripura, an anti-British movement activist and a renown dentist was observed yesterday.
One of his sons litterateur Pranab Majumder, the Editor of the Fortnightly Aarthakagaj and Dhaka Bureau Chief of the Daily Shironam, Comilla has requested all to pray for the salvation of his departed soul.
He died in 1989 in Chandpur town, aged 78 said a press release.
On the occasion, prayer meetings were held in the capital, Comilla and Chandpur’s in the various temples.
