The ninth death anniversary of ABM Fazle Rashid Chowdhury Hiru, a politician, businessman and lawyer, was observed on Thursday at his residences at Dhaka, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar and ancestral village Gohira, Raozan.
On the occasion his wife Professor Masuda M. Rashid Chowdhury of the Department of Sociology, University of Dhaka, arranged a Qurankhawani, Doa. Mahfil and feeding of the destitute at her Dhaka residence.
