Dhaka Commerce College (DCC) has achieved the prestige of being one of the best colleges from Business Studies group in HSC Exam 2018. This year 2220 students appeared in the HSC examination from this college. Among them 123 students secured GPA 5. The rate of passing was 99.77 per cent.
From the very beginning, DCC has been able to improve results up to remarkable points. Generally, students can supersede their SSC results with the ones they secure in HSC exams from this college.
The college maintains regular classes and timely examinations with a view to making the course of studies easier for students so that they can get prepared for board exams timely. To make the course of studies smooth and proper there are six student advisers who help the higher administration of the college run nicely.
Prof. Md. Abu Sayeed, the Principal of the college, said, “Our students enter higher studies in public universities in greater numbers every year. To make them prepared we have a nice set of qualified teachers. And above all, the college is run by a governing body that consists of some prudent members.”
Prof. Md. Shafiqul Islam, the Vice Principal (Administration), said, “Our students essentially maintain three things: regular classes, timely exams and all round discipline. There is no scope to neglect any of them. Besides, we regularly inform guardians of the latest condition of studies.
