Day temperature may rise slightly

Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Sunday predicted that day temperature may rise slightly and night temperature may fall slightly over the country in the next 24 hours ending at 9 am today ( Monday).
“Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country,” said a Met office bulletin issued on Sunday morning.
Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the country from midnight to Monday morning, said the bulletin.
Mild cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions and the regions of Jashore, Kushtia and Tangail and it may spread, added it.
The highest temperature on Saturday was recorded 27.0 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda under Chattogram division while Sunday’s minimum temperature was 07.2 degrees Celsius in Tetulia under Rangpur division.
The sun sets at 5:45 pm on Sunday and rises at 6:39 am today ( Monday) in the capital.
