The day-long Independence Day Judo competition will be held today (Thursday) at Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium at Mirpur, said a press release.Bangladesh Judo Federation (BJF) president Brigadier General (retd.) SK Abu Baker will be the chief guest in the competition and distribute the prizes.
A total of 163 participants – 79 of men’s and 84 of women’s – of selected 17 teams from across the country will take part in the eight weight categories in the competition, organized by BJF.
