Court Correspondent :
The recording the depositions of witnesses in the Holey Artisan Bakery case was not held on Tuesday, while Judge Md Mojibur Rhaman of the Anti-Terrorism Special Tribunal of Dhaka fixed March 21 as next date for recording the depositions. Besides, the court issued Production Warrant (PW) to produce fugitive Mamunur Rashid alias Ripon in the court.
Earlier, Public Prosecutor (PP) Jahangir Alam Chowdhury appealed to the court to produce Ripon in the court, who has been arrested in another case and now he is in jail custody. However, three witnesses of the case were yesterday present in the court.
The accused persons are- Tamim Chowdhury’s associate Aslam Hossain alias Rashed alias Abu Jarra, Hadisur Rahman Sagor, Mizanur Rahman alias Bara Mizan, Rakibul Hasan Regan, Jahangir Alam alias Rajib alias Rajib Gandhi, Abdus Sabur Khan (Hasan) alias Sohel Mahfuz, Shariful Islam and Mamunur Rashid.
