CVASU’s Animal Hospital in Dhaka next yr

Under the auspices of Chittagong Veterinary & Animal Science University, a modern pet animal hospital & research centre will be set up at Purbachal in Dhaka from March next. The construction of the proposed animal husbandry hospital at a cost of Tk.48 crores will begin from march next.
CVASU vice chancellor disclosed it while addressing the 3rd National DVM Intern Research conference at CVASU auditorium as chief guest.
The chief guest in his brief deliverations said CVASU will be turned a top grading educational institution in south east Asia through joint research and academic curriculum exchanging with the universities of home and abroad.In the meantime, cent percent students of CVASU are getting chance of internship abroad.He said our students are undergoing internship in the universities of USA, Malaysia, Thailand and India and these facilities of internship abroad will be enhanced gradually.
Dean of veterinary medicine Prof. Dr A Halim presided over it while the Coordinator of FAO of UN Prof.Dr.Nitish Chandra, Dean of Veterinary school of US Thaft Univeristy Dr.Md. Showkat Anowar and former Principal of Chittagong Medical college Prof.Dr. Imran Bin Younus attended it as special guests.
