A two-day-long Annual Scientific Conference is going to be held at Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Science University (CVASU) from April 1.
The conference, theming of “Achieving SDGs for Bangladesh Integrating livestock and fisheries resources to ensure food safety and security” would be concluded on April 2 with the discussion on open session.
The University of Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Science (CVASU) holding the Annual Scientific Conference (ASCON-14) for the 14th times at the CVASU new conference hall at its premise; earlier the scientific conference firstly set in 2000.
From the very beginning the scientific conference turned into a center of generating new knowledge with the participants from both home and foreign scientists, researchers, scholars and faculty members among others.
CVASU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Gautam Budda Das in a press conference held at his conference room yesterday noon exposed it to the journos, saying such a conference and other creative activities would promote the country’s only specialized university to a center of excellence.
