State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid Hossain s aid in observance of the Mujib Year on occasion of birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, countrywide cultural f estival will be arranged in March-April next.
This cultural events to include drama, songs, recitations, dance performaces etc highlighting the life and politics of the great leader and father of the Nation. He disclosed it while addressing the concluding session of decade anniversary of Youths’ Reunion at Chattogram Shilpakala Academy on Wednesday as chief guest.
The chief guest in his deliberations hoped that the present juveniles are the future of the nation and it is most happy matter that these juveniles will advance the image of the country . He said the cultural organisations in their any sorts of programs to spare 10 minute times for Bangabandhus’s recollections so as the new generations will know the contributions of Bangabandhu. The state minister in the afternoon, visits under constructing Muslim Institute Cultural Complex and the sculpture of Pritilata Wahaddar at Pahartali in the city .
