A court in chittagong convicted one businessman named Sayeed Md. Arif with 3 months imprisonment for alleged cheque defalcation .The convict also fined with Tk.4 lakh in same verdict of the court.Joint Metropolitan Session Judge SKM Tofael Hasan announced this verdict on Thursday .
The convict is the son of Jainul Abedin of Alfalah lane of Nasirabad incity and now he is absconding. The judgement was announced in his absence, court sources said. Counsel of the plaintiff Advocate Rani Kumar Dey told the media yesterday.
