Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu said that wherever there are Bengalis, they should cultivate Bengali culture, uphold their own identity.
He said this on Saturday while speaking as the chief guest at the “International Education Expo-2018” at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the city. Chairman of Cambrian University Lion M A Bashar chaired the occasion.
Speaking to over a thousand-strong audience the minister said that like communalism and militancy, mixing foreign words in Bengali language is a crime.
“Learn foreign languages but use Bengali properly,” he said. “The four millennia history and heritage is the pride of Bengalis. By upholding it living life in world is life” he added.
