Chittagong University Journalists’ Association (CUJA) has awarded its reporters in several categories, handing down the best active reporter award to Zamir Uddin, a university correspondent of online news portal Banglanews24.com.
The best feature report award was given to Mohammad Juel, CU Correspondent of The New Nation and Baizid Emon, CU Correspondent of The Daily Suprobat Bangladesh. The best report award was handed over to Abdullah-al-Faisal and Baizid Emon.
The CUJA hold the award giving ceremony and its annual general meeting yesterday at CUCSU Bhaban, where Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury as chief guest, Assistant Professor Anowar Hossain, Chittagong University Teachers’s Association executive member Iftekhar Rajeeb among other teachers were present here.
