‘Mongol Ovizatruk-71’ Team of the Chittagong University of Engineering and technology won ‘Minesweepers : Towards ‘Mongol Ovizatruk-71’ Team won ‘Minesweepers : Towards Mine-Free World International Competition-2017’ award in Malaysia.
Minesweepers World International Competition-2017′ held in Malaysia recently duly arranged by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Robetic and Automation Society . The competition held at Islamic International University, Malaysia on October 27 last. In the competition , 19 teams from 17 countries of the world participated the competition. The CUET team ”Mongol Ovizatruk-71′ clinches 3 rd position in the competion . Meanwhile members of the ‘Mongol Ovizatruk-71’ team paid a courtesy call on Vice chancellor Prof.Dr. Rafiqul Alam at latters office on Tuesday.
During courtesy call, Team supervisor and Head of the Mechanical Deptt Prof. Dr. Jamaluddin, Departmental head of Computer science Dr. Md. Shamsul arefin, Prof.Dr. Sudip Kumar Paul, Dr. Md. Mashiul Hoque and Registrar Prof. Dr. Farukuzzaman chowdhury were present, CUET sources said.
