Recipes: Cucumber and Cranberry Pancake

Ingredients :
Flour– 450gm
Cucumber peeled and grated–100gm
Cranberry– 100gm
Water–550ml
Butter–50gm + 50gm
Baking powder–10gm
Honey– 50ml
Recipe:
Step 1. Mix the flour and baking powder, whisk it.
Step 2. Add water to it and make smooth batter, rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 3. Grate the cucumber and squeeze the moisture. Then add it to the pancake mix, add deseeded cranberries.
Step4. Heat a non-stick pan and add butter. Pour a ladle of mixture and cook slowly for 2 minutes on both side. Garnish it with grated cucumber and cranberries.
Step5. Serve hot with honey and melted butter.
