CCC Rezaul Karim Chowdhury said, in five years Chittagong will stand as a model of an ideal city.He was addressing the installation ceremony on the occasion of CCC’s elected body at the Institution of Engineers auditorium yesterday .
Rezaul Karim Chowdhury, a heroic freedom fighter, said, “I have spoken about it in the manifesto.” Many people think that Chittagong is only for the mayor. I want to break that old idea. There are many scholars, journalists, artists, intellectuals and experts in Chittagong. I want to use their talent. Various problems fell on the mayor due to road congestion. This city belongs to all of you. So I want to consult with everyone, I want to use my talent. I want to build Chittagong in a planned way. Because a person’s thoughts may be wrong in consciousness. Collective thinking is not likely to be wrong. When success comes to everyone.
Leader of the people Sheikh Hasina has taken charge of the development of Chittagong with her own hands. I am grateful to Prime Minister . The people have won the boat because they have confidence in the development of the people’s leader. We have to move forward with the history and tradition of Chittagong. Success will come to us.
