A journalist team headed by Chittagong Press Club President Kalim Sarwar left for Japan by Singapore Airlines on Sunday from Shahjalal International Airport .
The journalist team consists of President and General Secretary of Chittagong Press Club Kalim Sarwar and Mohsin Chowdhury respectively.
Another member of the team is Md. Salahuddin Reza, Vice President of the Club. They will stay in Japan for one week. Following the invitation of a leading Glass Manufacturing company of Japan viz. Ashahi Glass Company , they went to Japan , sources said. During their visit in Japan, these journalists will visit different large scale glass producing plants there, sources said. Meanwhile, Senior vice President of CPC Kazi Abul Mansur and the Joint Secretary Chowdhury Farid will act as Acting President and Secretary till their return from abroad, CPC sources said.
