The annual general meeting and e-GM of the Peninsula Chittagong Ltd concluded at Chittagong club premises on Sunday.
The meeting apprised the shareholders about the dividend and new leased land in Dhaka for another Peninsula chain.
The Hotel also enslisted with the stock market, said in the meeting. Among others Managing director of Peninsula Ltd Mostafa Tahsin Arshad, Director Ayesha sultana, Director dr. Fasiul Alam were present in the AGM duly presided by the chairman of the hotel Mahbubur Rahman. Company secretary Md. Nurul Azim conducted the meeting.
The meeting was disclosed about the constsruction of Pensinsula Airport Garden hotel near Chittagong airport by 2018 next.
The meeting approved the dividend of 10% for the share holders of the company, sources said.
