Chittagong Nursing college opened again after 24 hours of its closure on Wednesday last.
The students of the college demanded re-evaluation of their results so published by the college authority.
But the college authority declared the college for sine die. Following the continuous demand of the students, college authority withdraws their stand and suspended the order from leaving the hostel.
Finally with joint meeting of students, college management and medical college authority on Thursday evening, the authority agreed to reevaluate the results of the nursing students.
Concerned sources said Director of CMCH Brig Gen. Shahidul Gani, BMA President Mujibul Hoque Khan and local elites were present in the meeting.
CMCH police camp sources said college authority committed to the demands of the students and the agitated students suspended their action programs from 1 pm yesterday.
