The extended meeting of City Awami League, Chattogram has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
The meeting was scheduled earlier to mitigate the differences in between the nominated councilor candidates and the rival candidates of the same party in coming Chattogram City corporation polls. Minister for Roads and Bridges and General Secretary of AL Obaidul Quader was expected to remain present in the meeting but he has cancelled his schedule in the meantime.
Mentionable that AL Presidum Member and former Minister Engr Mosharaf Hossain hold meeting the Mayor and councilor aspirants at a city hall recently .
A sources of the Election coordinator of AL Engr. Moshraff Hossain sources said the earlier decisions over the party nominee and rivals will remain valid and if any one goes against the party’s central decision will be dealt seriously.
