Crimson Cup Coffee, the coffee franchise shop of famous brand of Ohio of America was inaugurated at Dhanmondi in the city recently.
The outlet of Crimson Cup Coffee was inaugurated at Road No 27 at Dhanmondi on Friday.
A good number of showbiz stars including eminent Actor Razzak attended the inaugural session while actor Ananta Jalil, actress Barsha, composure-lyricists and film-maker Gazi Mazharul Anwar, singer Dithi Anwar, Steve Belles, Vice President of Crimson Cup, Mirza Abdul Khaled, Chairman and Mohaimein Mostafa, Managing Director of the company, film director Rehanur Rahman, Sorforaj Anwar Upal, Tarek Rafe Bhuiyan, Ayesha Rowshan Bhuiyan were present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Ananta Jalil said, “I take the taste of this coffee when I visit America. I am now happy as such a coffee has been launched in my country.”
Steve Belles, Vice President of Crimson Cup Coffee displayed preparation of best-roasted coffee at the program. The guests expressed satisfaction at the excellent taste of the coffee. He briefed journalists about the features of Crimson Cup Coffee.
Rehanur Rahman, Director of Crimson Coffee Shop said, “After opening outlets at Banani and Dhanmondi, the Crimson Cup Coffee Shop where coffee is served in an environment matching with the American culture will soon open outlets at Uttara, Mirpur, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar and Sylhet.
Mentionable, Columbus Coffee Shop, the first franchisee of this coffee in Bangladesh, was launched at Banani on May 22, 2015. Though known earlier as Columbus Coffee Shop, they are now known as Crimson Coffee Shop.
The Dhanmondi outlet of the franchise is the second of its kind in Bangladesh.
Besides coffee, there are arrangements for deserts like pastries in the shop.
