A Dhaka court yesterday fixed February 10 to accept charge sheets against expelled Jubo League leader Ismail Chowdhury Samrat in two cases filed by Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) under the Arms and Narcotics Act.
Metropolitan Senior Special Judge K M Emrul Kayesh passed the order on Wednesday.
With Samrat, his associate another expelled Jubo League leader Enamul Haque Arman is also accused in the narcoticss case.
Though Wednesday was fixed for accepting charge sheets in the cases, Jail Authorities did not produce him in the court because of his illness.
