A man and his wife were killed and two others, including their 10-year-old son, injured as a pickup van hit a three-wheeler on Madaripur-Shariatpur Road in Sadar upazila yesterday.
The victims were identified as Faruq Sarder, 35, resident of Paikgacha Upazila in Khulna
A man and his wife were killed and two others, including their 10-year-old son, injured as a pickup van hit a three-wheeler on Madaripur-Shariatpur Road in Sadar upazila yesterday.
The victims were identified as Faruq Sarder, 35, resident of Paikgacha Upazila in Khulna
district and his wife Sheuli Begum, 28. They were day labourers. Eyewitnesses said the accident took place at around 2 pm in Toll Plaza area on the road, leaving the duo dead on the spot. The injured were admitted to Madaripur Sadar Hospital in critical condition.
