Detective Branch (DB) of Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) arrested a woman and her husband in a case filed over attacking a youth with acid in Chittagong.
The detained indentified as Moumita Datta Annie and Sumit Das. DB’s Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADC) Md Kamruzzaman said they nabbed the duo from Bhatara thana area of Dhaka, on Friday night (March 30).
