As a gift of the Prime Minister on the occasion of Mujib Year, the Ishwardi Upazila Administration distributed corona protection materials among the professional journalists of Ishwardi Upazila Press Club on Sunday night.
Ishwardi Upazila Nirbahi Officer PM Imrul Kayes spoke as the chief guest at the distribution of gift items. Ishwardi Upazila Press Club and Ishwardi TV Journalists Association President TA Panna presided over the meeting. Adv. In his speech, Imrul Kayes said that people need to be informed about the horrors of Corona.
He sought the cooperation of journalists and said that it would not be possible to prevent corona in any way if awareness among the people could not be increased. Later, songs recorded by prominent vice-president of the Upazila Press Club, lyricist, composer and vocalist Ashraful Abedin were performed.
