Convention on Students Quality Control Circles at DIU May 3

Based on the theme of “Quality Education for Global Peace and Sustainable Development” the 21st International Convention on Students Quality Control Circles-2018 (ICSQCC-2018) is going to be held in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) in association with Daffodil International University (DIU) is organizing the convention from May 03-06, 2018 at the permanent campus of Daffodil International University.
Around 1000 participants including 500 foreign students and delegates from USA, UK, India, Srilanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Mauritius and other countries will took part in the convention.
All these were informed at the ‘Meet the Press’ held on Monday at 71 Milonayoton of Daffodil International University in the capital.
Presided over by Professor Dr. Yousuf M Islam, Vice-Chancellor of the university the ‘Meet the Press’ was addressed, among others, by A M M Khairul Bashar, President, BSTQM, Prof. Dr. M R Kabir, Convener &Vice President, BSTQM, Professor Dr. S M Mahabub Ul Haque Majumder, Pro- Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Engr. A K M Fazlul Hoque, Registrar Prof. Dr. Md. Fokhray Hossain, Director (International Affairs) of DIU.
It was informed at the ‘Meet the Press’ that Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, MP will inaugurate the conventionon May 03 as chief guest while Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan, MP will be present as the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the convention on May 05.
