The construction of new academic building of Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology begins at university campus yesterday.
The estimated cost of the building is Tk.12 crores. Vice chancellor of CUET Prof. Dr. Md. Jahangir inaugurated the construction work as chief guest. On the occasion of construction works , the chief guest said the construction of new academic building will remain as milestone in the history of CUEt. Among others, pro-VC of CUET Md. Rafiqul Alam, Registrar Prof. Dr. Farukuzzaman chowdhury, Deans, Directors and head of departments were present on the occasion, sources said.
