The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-2 on Monday set May 31 to pass order whether to take the charges brought against Habiganj Razakar trio Mohibur Rahman alias Boro Miah, his younger brother Mozibur Rahman alias Angur Miah and their cousin Abdur Razzak into cognizance or not.
The second tribunal set the date as the prosecution today submitted formal charge against the brothers, bringing four charges of crimes against humanity.
The trio is accused of raising a gang of Razakars in Baniachang upazila in Habiganj and establishing a camp in the locality. They raided the houses of Freedom Fighters and pro-liberation people, carried out monstrous crimes like killing, raping, looting valuables and arson.
